Medicare Rebates: GP chronic condition management plans(GPCCMP)

Claimable rebate per session: $60.34*
These can be arranged by your GP and allows clients to receive up to five (5) allied health sessions per calendar year. Rebates can be claimed by submitting receipts from your sessions to Medicare. ​We are not able to provide services under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).
