Our small occupational therapy groups provide a supportive space for children to practise attention, emotional regulation and social interaction with peers.

Supporting Social-Emotional Skills, Confidence & Connection in Neurodiverse Children
Create & Connect is a small-group occupational therapy program for neurodiverse children aged 5–8 years (Prep–Grade 3). Using the SEA (Social-Emotional Acuity) Bridge Curriculum alongside hands-on creative activities such as Lego, cardboard construction, and craft, children are supported to build social skills, confidence, and flexible thinking in a safe, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

Supporting Focus, Anxiety-Management and Executive Functioning skills in Children
Focus Group is a small-group program for children and adolescents designed to support attention, planning, and flexible thinking in practical, engaging ways. Grounded in a mindfulness-informed approach, the program helps participants notice their attention, body signals, and internal experiences while practising strategies that support self-regulation and focus in everyday life.

Celebrate the holidays with hands-on craft fun! Our Easter Craft invites kindergarten and primary school-aged children to explore creative projects using a range of materials while building fine motor skills, organisation, planning and social confidence. ​Through guided activities, children work collaboratively, develop practical skills, and enjoy the pride of completing their own holiday creations in a supportive, strengths-based environment.​

Children will generate ideas, plan and organise their story, practice handwriting and illustration, and experience the creative process from concept to completion — receiving a professionally printed copy of their own book to treasure. This group encourages literacy, planning, creativity and self-expression in a supportive, strengths-based environment where each child’s ideas are celebrated.
